Return Policy

Stocked Goods:
May be returned if in clean, unused, and resalable condition. All returns are subject to inspection.

Non-Stocked Goods:
Subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in full, unopened boxes. Certain items may be non-returnable.

 

All Returns:
Require prior authorization and proof of purchase. Delivery and/or shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Payment Terms

Net 10 Prox (payment due on the 10th of the month following the invoice date).
A monthly service charge of 1.5% (minimum $1.00) will be applied to all past-due balances. Accounts exceeding payment terms may be subject to credit hold.
